These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the BABY2U website. BABY2U may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions only. You must obtain our prior written consent before you use our web site or any part of it in any other manner.
Limitation of liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
- > loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed
- > loss or damage was not caused by any breach on our part
- > loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumer
We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer miss-handling the items.
Placing an order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
A Contract between the customer and shop.holabebe.com.my for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted.
BABY2U reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Pricing & Payment
We accept online payment in a secure environment of all major debit and credit cards. Goods will only be despatched on cleared payments according to our delivery schedule.
Actual product prices are Ringgit Malaysia and purchases made are in Ringgit Malaysia.
All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correctly displayed, however occasionally errors may occur. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we would contact you with the amended price and ask you if you wish to continue with the purchase or receive a full refund.
Please be advised that orders delivered outside Malaysia may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. ‘HOLABEBE’ is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries.
Please inform us by phone 012 459 3387 or email email@example.com should your parcel not arrive within the estimated timescales and we will track it for you.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be processed and delivery made within the above timescale we will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date. You will have the option to cancel your order if this is not acceptable to you.
Should any order be returned to BABY2U due to you being unavailable to receive it the order will not be despatched again until further payment for additional delivery costs has been received by us. We will contact you in the event of this happening.
BABY2U cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during postage, although we can provide proof of postage and will help you try to locate the lost items.
We want all of our customers to be delighted with their BABY2U purchases and therefore if you have any problems with your purchase we will be pleased to offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
Please note we do not offer refunds on sale products, special orders, or personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please return the item(s) to us unused in its original packing with product tags attached within 14 days of receipt (goods must be in re-sellable condition). The price paid for the item will be refunded less the delivery costs.
ReturnExchange postage costs are at your expense.
We will refund the original amount paid excluding postage costs to the same card you used to place the order.
BABY2U cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage so we recommend you send the items insured and recorded delivery.

Products and Availability
Products on this website are only available while stock lasts. If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and if possible offer you an alternative product.
We have taken care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of all products are as accurate as possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible. However we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by our customers.
The confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility BABY2U shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure to protect your password or account.
